Shevchenko knocked out Jaimelene Nievera during Dana White's Tuesday Night Contender Series 11 Antonina's striking skills were superior and permitted her to TKO Nievera via knees in the lower body. After this win, Antonina was able to sign the opportunity to sign a UFC contract. Antonina made her UFC debut during the TUF Heavy Hhitters Finale, in a fight against Ji Yeon Kim. Shevchenko defeated Roxanne Modafferi in a split-decision fight. She won the initial fight with a unanimous verdict. Antonina recovered from the loss to knock out Lucie Pudilova in the rear with a choking submission during the second round of UFC on ESPN Covington Vs. Lawler. She earned the extra fight of the evening in this bout. Shevchenko was defeated by Katlyn Cookagian and then defeated Ariane Lipski's three bouts. In the past, Antonina suffered defeat to Casey O'Neill at UFC Fight Night Santos vs. Walker via second-round TKO.
